Can I set up text alerts?

Yes! We offer Text Alerts to keep you updated on your balance, account activity, upcoming payments, and more:

1. Log in to Online Banking or the CBNA Mobile App
2. Under Card Management, select the card you would like to set alerts for
3. Click or tap Alerts and protections
4. Click or tap the alert categories such as Locations, Merchant types, Transaction types, etc. You will be able to customize your alerts in each category
5. Select Save
6. Click or tap Manage to decide which notifications you would like to receive and the delivery method (Email, In-App, Text Message)
7. Select Save
