  • Download the CBNA app for mobile banking for iPhone or Android.
  • Already enrolled in online and mobile banking? Simply use the same credentials to access the app.
  • Not yet enrolled? Click "First time user? Enroll now" and follow the prompts to complete enrollment. (Please note that you will need your account number and social security number to complete enrollment.)

How To Use The Mobile App

The updated CBNA mobile app provides customizable in-app features to help you with banking on the go. We've answered the most frequently asked questions and created app simulator demos to help you explore the enhanced app. Click the links below to learn more about a specific app feature. With mobile banking, you can conveniently check account balances and activity, pay your bills, view payments, make transfers or deposit checks.

Community Bank, N.A. offers mobile banking for free. However, please check with your mobile carrier for any additional charges you may incur.

Download the CBNA app for Mobile Banking for iPhone or Android. If you’ve already enrolled online, simply use the same online credentials to access the app. If you’ve not yet enrolled, click ‘First time user? Enroll now’ and follow the prompts. (hint: the same credentials are used to access mobile banking and online banking)

The Community Bank, N.A. mobile banking app is available for iPhone and Android mobile devices.

Modify your mobile banking settings by opening the CBNA app, pressing the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen, and selecting “Settings”. Here you can make modifications to notifications, security features, travel notices, and more.

You must be enrolled in Online Banking and have downloaded the Community Bank mobile app on your phone. Then you can enable mobile deposit from within the app. If needed, you can also go into your local branch or call Customer Service at 1-866-764-8638 Monday through Friday from 8am–6pm.

At this time, mobile deposit is available only on our iPad, iPhone and Android apps, supported by all recent Android devices, iPads and iPhones.

Mobile deposits need to be done on business days before 7pm to be considered deposited that day. Mobile deposit limits are $2,500 a day and $5,000 a month, with 10 checks per day and 20 per month allowed. If you need higher limits, please speak with your local branch.

Yes, you have control and protection over your accounts—whether you're looking to stop certain types of transactions, set spending limits or just want to be notified of card activity, using our Card Management feature gives you the certainty and security you need.

Your account is protected by your phone’s login and your app’s login credentials. You can log into Online Banking and change your User ID and/or password 24 hours a day. You can also remove the lost or stolen mobile device by visiting “Security” under “Settings”. For further assistance, you may contact Customer Care Center at 1-866-764-8638 Monday through Friday from 8am–6pm for assistance.

Visit the settings app on your iPhone or Android mobile device, navigate to the CBNA app, and follow your device’s instructions for deleting the app from your mobile device.
