Frequently Asked Questions
If you currently have bill pay, we’ll convert your merchants and scheduled payments unless you're otherwise notified. Please see the letter that was mailed to you for additional information.
Online bill pay is free at Community Bank. You’ll receive a letter prior to the merger with complete details on how this service will be converted.
We encourage you to print out your list of merchants and scheduled payments prior to the merger, and be sure to review the information the first time you log in after the conversion.
Please note: After the merger, the cutoff time for same-day bill payments will be 3pm
.If you use Quicken or QuickBooks, you’ll need to download your transactions to your software prior to the merger. Click here for additional instructions.

With online banking, you can conveniently check account balances and activity, pay your bills, view payments, make transfers or message our support staff with questions.
Community Bank offers online banking for free. However, please check with your ISP for any additional charges you may incur.
You can reset your account by visiting our online banking portal and clicking the “Forgot?” button. You will need to provide your Social Security, EIN or ITIN number, along with your bank account number. (Hint: Your account number can be found on your paper check.) If you do not know your account number, please contact us for assistance at 866-764-8638 Monday through Friday from 8am-6pm.
You can update your online banking profile information at any time. Log into your online banking dashboard and click on your profile name in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Select “Settings” and select the “Profile” tab. You can edit your preferred name, email address and contact number.
You can access eStatements and other important documents at any time. Log into your online banking and click the “Accounts” button located in the left-hand navigation. From here, click the “Documents” button. From this dashboard, you can enroll in and access eStatements and other important documentation.
You will receive an email notification from Community Bank when your statement is ready for viewing. It’s important that you always keep your email address on file updated.
Making account transfers is easy with online banking. Log into your online banking account and click “Transfers” in the left-hand navigation. From this dashboard, click “Make a Transfer” in the right-hand module. Select the account you want to make a transfer “From,” then select the bank account you want to transfer money “To.” Input the amount you want to transfer and click “Submit.” (Hint: You can set the date and frequency of transfers.) Please note that you may be subject to daily transfer limits and any transfers completed after 4pm may be processed the next business day.
If you have an iPhone or Android mobile device, you can download the CBNA mobile banking app. If you’ve already enrolled in online banking, simply use the same online credentials to access the app. If you’ve not yet enrolled, click “First-time user? Enroll now” and follow the prompts. (Hint: The same credentials are used to access mobile banking and online banking.)
