Online bill pay is also FREE at Community Bank, N.A. You’ll receive a letter prior to the merger with complete details on the conversion of your online banking and BillPay.
Please note: We encourage you to print out your list of merchants and scheduled payments prior to the merger. Be sure to review the information the first time you log in after the conversion.
If you use Quicken or Quickbooks, you’ll need to download your transactions to your software prior to the merger. Visit cbna.com near the merger date for additional instructions.

User name (Figure 1): Visit cbna.com and enter your existing Kinderhook Bank user name in the login box, then click “GO.”
Password (Figure 2): Enter the last four digits of your Social Security or Tax ID number as your temporary password for your initial login.
Change your user name and/or password (Figure 3): Once you log in, you’ll have the option to change your user name and you’ll be prompted to change your password. Be sure to enter the last four digits of your Social Security or Tax ID number as your “current password,” then follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.
You will receive a separate mailing with reminder login instructions and additional information prior to the merger.
