If your payments are made automatically from a checking or savings account, this service will continue uninterrupted. If you make your payments by mail, please mail them to the following address after the merger:

Online Banking
You can use Community Bank online banking to make one-time or recurring loan payments from your checking or savings account. Simply visit cbna.com.
Statements
If you receive statements, you will continue to receive them following the merger.
If you have a personal installment loan, it will convert to Community Bank. Please continue to use your existing Elmira Savings Bank coupon book to make payments until you receive a new Community Bank coupon book after merger.
If you have a mortgage, it will convert to Community Bank. Please continue to use your existing coupon book to make payments until you begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank. Please see the disclosure booklet for additional information.
Your home equity loan or line of credit will convert to Community Bank with no change in terms. If you have a home equity line of credit, you’ll continue to receive monthly statements. Please continue to use your existing checks until you receive new Community Bank checks after the merger. If you have a home equity loan, please continue to use your existing coupon book to make payments until you begin receiving monthly statements from Community Bank.
If you have an Elmira Savings Bank credit card, you’ll receive a separate letter from Elmira Savings Bank’s credit card issuer about your new card.
