With Visa® Account Updater (VAU), a free service provided to you, it helps you avoid missed payments when your debit card expires or your card number changes. The VAU service updates your debit card expiration date and account number with participating merchants, such as subscription services, online retailers, or utility companies. While it does work with many merchants, we still recommend you check that all of your auto debits are updated. If you choose to opt out of the service, you can do so by visiting your local branch, or by calling us at 1-866-764-8638.
